1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using pluvoai.com (the "site") or submitting any form on the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who we are

Pluvo AI Consulting ("Pluvo", "we", "our", "us") is a Canadian Salesforce Consulting Partner with offices at 150 Elgin St., Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

3. Use of the site

You may use this site to learn about our services, submit inquiries, and apply for openings. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our servers, or our systems
• Interfere with the operation of the site, including through scraping, automated requests, or denial-of-service attacks
• Submit false, misleading, malicious, or harmful content through any form on the site
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, page layout, the Pluvo AI name and logo, and our written work, is the property of Pluvo AI Consulting or our licensors, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may view and share links to our content in good faith. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or otherwise use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

5. Third-party trademarks

Trademarks shown on this site, including but not limited to Salesforce, Agentforce, Slack, Claude, OpenAI, MuleSoft, Tableau, Heroku, and HostPapa, are the property of their respective owners. Our use of these marks indicates compatibility, integration, or partnership context, it does not imply endorsement by those owners unless explicitly stated.

6. Form submissions

By submitting any form on this site (contact, careers, or otherwise), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We process form submissions in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Submitting a contact form does not create a contractual relationship between you and Pluvo AI Consulting. A formal engagement begins only upon execution of a written statement of work or services agreement.

7. Product subscriptions and billing

This section applies if you purchase a subscription to a Pluvo AI Consulting product, including PluvoSign (private e-signature platform) and PluvoWeb (managed website service). When you subscribe online, these Terms and our Refund Policy govern your purchase, unless you and Pluvo sign a separate written agreement that says otherwise.

PluvoSign and its free demo accounts are also subject to the dedicated PluvoSign & demo account terms, which cover demo restrictions, including that demo documents may be sent only to your own email address and that demo accounts are automatically deleted 14 days after signup.

Plans and fees. Each product offers tiered plans, billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Specific plan features and prices are shown on the product pages: PluvoSign and PluvoWeb. Some plans include a one-time setup fee, shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes, which are your responsibility.

Payment processing. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms. Pluvo does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly for monthly plans and annually for annual plans, at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Pluvo, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. We send a receipt for each charge to your billing email.

Price changes. We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any change takes effect from your next renewal, with reasonable advance notice by email, and does not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access to the product until payment is resolved.

8. Refunds, cancellation, and the money-back guarantee

Every Pluvo product subscription is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cancellation timing and refund treatment vary by product:

• For PluvoWeb, the 30-day window begins the day your website goes live. Cancellation before kickoff or during the build results in a full refund of everything, including the setup fee.
• For PluvoSign, the 30-day window begins on your first subscription payment.

You may cancel any subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Full details, including how each guarantee works, how setup fees are treated, how to request a refund, and processing times, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on the site is accurate and current, we do not warrant that:

• The information on the site is complete, current, or error-free
• The site will be available without interruption or free of defects
• Any content on the site is suitable for your specific business needs

Information on the site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice. Engage us through a formal agreement for services tailored to your situation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pluvo AI Consulting and its team members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from or related to your use of the site or any PluvoSign subscription is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to Pluvo in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pluvo AI Consulting harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

12. External links

The site may contain links to third-party websites operated by entities other than Pluvo. We provide these links for your convenience and are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of those external sites. Visiting external sites is at your own risk.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the current version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
