Agentforce Specialist
The role at the heart of what we do. Design, build, and operate Agentforce agents end-to-end — topic and action design, data grounding, Trust Layer guardrails, evaluation, rollout, and ongoing optimization. Agentforce certification helpful but not required; we'll get you there.
Business Analyst
Translate messy business goals into clear, shippable Salesforce requirements. Workshops, user stories, acceptance criteria.
Salesforce Consultant
The generalist who gets it done. Discovery, solution design, configuration, and stakeholder management — bridging business and platform across an engagement.
Salesforce Developer
Apex, LWC, integrations, Agent Builder customization. Build the parts that don't exist out-of-the-box.
Salesforce Administrator
Object model, automation, security, data hygiene. The unsexy work that makes everything else possible.
Project Manager
Run the engagement. Keep scope honest, communication tight, milestones honored. Client-facing without being corporate.
Product Owner
Hold the vision. Prioritize ruthlessly. Translate executive goals into a backlog the team can actually execute on.
Scrum Master
