Refund Policy
How refunds and cancellations work for PluvoSign subscriptions, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.

1. What this policy covers
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Pluvo AI Consulting products purchased through pluvoai.com:
- PluvoWeb, our managed website service (section 2 below)
- PluvoSign, our private e-signature platform (section 3 below)
It forms part of our Terms of Service. It does not cover custom consulting engagements, which are governed by their own written agreement.
2. PluvoWeb refunds
The 30-day money-back guarantee for PluvoWeb begins the day your website goes live (not the day you subscribed). This gives you a full month to use the actual finished site before deciding.
Cancellation scenarios
- Before your kickoff call (no work has started yet): you receive a 100% refund of everything, including subscription, setup fee, and any add-on fees.
- During the build, before your site goes live: you receive a 100% refund of everything, including the setup fee. Pluvo absorbs the work performed up to that point.
- Within 30 days of your site going live: you receive a 100% refund of subscription fees paid. The setup fee is retained because the site has been delivered.
- After 30 days of your site going live: no subscription refund. Cancellation stops all future renewals; your site remains available until the end of the period already paid for.
Annual prepaid PluvoWeb subscriptions
- Within 30 days of your site going live: full refund of the annual subscription fee.
- After 30 days of your site going live: no refund for the remaining months of the prepaid year. Cancellation stops the next year's renewal.
Add-ons
- Add-on subscriptions (PluvoSign Standard or White-label, additional sites, extra storage): follow the same 30-day rule as the base PluvoWeb tier.
- Add-on setup fees (PluvoSign White-label setup, Local SEO setup, custom integration setup): non-refundable once the corresponding work has been delivered.
- One-time service packs (edit hour blocks, AI blog post packs, Local SEO improvement campaigns): refundable only if not yet consumed. Once we have delivered the work, the pack is non-refundable.
3. PluvoSign refunds
Every PluvoSign plan, Standard and White-label, monthly and annual, is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If PluvoSign is not the right fit, contact us within 30 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund the subscription fee you paid for that first billing period.
The guarantee applies to your initial payment on a new subscription. It does not apply to subsequent renewal payments, and it may be used once per customer.
The PluvoSign White-label setup fee
- Fully refundable if you request a refund before we begin your deployment and branding work.
- Non-refundable once that work has started, because it reflects labour already completed.
Your subscription fee remains covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee either way.
Cancelling your PluvoSign subscription
You may cancel a PluvoSign subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops all future renewal charges. Your platform remains available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which the subscription ends.
PluvoSign runs on infrastructure you own. If you cancel, Pluvo will work with you on a full export and handover of your documents, as described on the PluvoSign page.
After the first 30 days
Once the 30-day money-back window has passed, fees already paid are non-refundable, including the remaining months of an annual plan. Cancelling stops your next renewal but does not refund the current period. For monthly plans, cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund or cancel, reach us through our Contact page, by email at reachus@pluvoai.com, or by phone at +1 (613) 909-3003. Please include the billing email used for the subscription so we can locate your account. We aim to respond to refund requests within two business days.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe, our payment processor, back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Before you file a chargeback
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unexpected, please contact us first. We resolve genuine refund and billing requests quickly, and reaching out directly is faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay the resolution of your request.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the current version. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
