I'm a solo user or small team, which plan should I pick?
The Cloud plan is priced per user, US$120 per user a year (US$10 a month), and you choose your number of seats at checkout. It is a hosted PluvoSign account on Pluvo's shared infrastructure, with unlimited documents under fair use, reusable templates, bulk send, a full audit trail, and email two-factor authentication. If you need your own dedicated server, your own domain, or white-label branding, choose Standard, which is flat-priced with unlimited users and documents.
Can we migrate our existing DocuSign or PandaDoc templates?
Yes. We migrate up to 10 of your existing templates plus your recipient contact list at no extra charge during onboarding. Larger migrations are quoted separately during your kickoff call, most teams fit comfortably within the included scope.
Do you integrate with Salesforce or our CRM?
Native Dropbox integration is included. 8,000+ apps including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Gmail are available via Zapier at no extra cost. Native, no-code Salesforce integration is available as a one-time setup service. Talk to us about scope.
What's your SLA / uptime guarantee?
PluvoSign runs on its own dedicated server with automated monitoring and twice-weekly off-server backups. Pluvo provides best-effort support during business hours; dedicated SLAs are available on the Custom tier.
What happens if Pluvo goes out of business?
Your platform runs on your own dedicated server, on open-source technology you can continue to use. If we ever ceased operations, we would provide a handover document and your server credentials so you can continue running it independently or move it elsewhere. Your data is never trapped.
How long does onboarding take?
Standard tier: typically 1 to 3 business days from subscription to going live. White-label: typically 2 to 3 days. Custom: depends on scope, estimated during the kickoff call.
Are electronic signatures legally binding?
Yes. For most business documents, electronic signatures are legally recognized in the US (ESIGN Act, UETA) and Canada (UECA and PIPEDA). Every completed PluvoSign document records what gives a signature weight: the signer's intent to sign, a tamper-evident signed PDF, and a detailed audit trail (name, email, timestamp, and IP address), with optional one-time email-code verification for added assurance. A few document types, such as wills, some court filings, and certain real-estate exceptions, still require wet-ink signatures depending on your jurisdiction. PluvoSign does not provide legal advice; confirm the rules for your specific use.
What does the done-for-you service include?
Pluvo handles deployment, hosting, security hardening, automatic encrypted backups, monitoring, software updates, and support. Your team never manages a server or touches anything technical, you just use the platform.
Where does our data live, and who can access it?
Your documents live on your own dedicated server, not a vendor's shared, multi-tenant cloud. North-American hosting is available for firms with data-residency requirements. Only your organization has access to your platform and its data.
Is the platform secure and proven?
PluvoSign is built on OpenSign, a mature open-source e-signature platform, which Pluvo brands, hosts, hardens, and maintains. Documents are encrypted, hosting is isolated to your own server, and every completed document carries a full audit trail and completion certificate.
What happens to our documents if we ever stop?
It is your platform and your data. If you ever decide to move on, Pluvo will work with you on a full export and handover of your documents.
Can we use our own branding and domain?
Yes. Every plan runs on your own domain, such as sign.yourcompany.com. The White-label tier goes further: PluvoSign also runs under your name, colours, and logo, so it reads as software your firm built.
