About the role

We're hiring an Agentforce Specialist to design, build, and deploy AI agents on the Salesforce Agentforce platform for our clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who is excited about the agentic AI wave and wants to work at the intersection of Salesforce and applied AI.

This role is fully remote within Canada and open to candidates at all experience levels, from emerging talent to seasoned Salesforce professionals.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy Agentforce agents using Agentforce Builder, Agent Script, topics, and actions
Integrate Agentforce solutions with Salesforce Flows, Apex, custom objects, and external systems
Work directly with clients to translate business requirements into functional AI agents
Configure and optimize agent behavior, including topic classification, navigation patterns (MultiTopicNavigation, BidirectionalNavigation), and tool selection
Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and architects on end-to-end implementation projects
Stay current on Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, Einstein, Net Zero Cloud) and bring new ideas to the team
Contribute to internal best practices, reusable patterns, and accelerators for Agentforce delivery

Qualifications

Required

We don't count years of experience, we care about the value you bring
Hands-on Salesforce experience (admin, developer, or consultant background)
Familiarity with the Salesforce platform: objects, Flows, Lightning, security model
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable working directly with clients
Eligible to work in Canada

Preferred

Experience building agents on Agentforce (Agent Script, Agentforce Builder, topics & actions)
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist)
Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development experience
Experience with Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, or Einstein features
Trailhead Ranger or active Trailblazer Community involvement
Prior consulting or client-services experience
